WA - Alfred Samuel Arkley passed away at the age of 88, in the presence of loving family, at his home in Issaquah, WA, on December 6th, 2025. He is survived by his wife; three sons; sister, and brother. Alfred was an accomplished academic, an advocate for a more just and equitable world, and an avid bicyclist. He loved his family with a deep sense of loyalty, common sense, and kindness.
