Redmond, Washington - Antoinette "Toni" Norma Almerico (née Lagoria) was born on March 30, 1952, in Oakland, California, and passed away on August 18, 2025, in Redmond, Washington, surrounded by her family.

Toni is survived by her beloved husband of 49+ years, John Almerico, and their three cherished children: Nicholas "Nick" Almerico (Kelsey D'Andrade), Vanessa Almerico Vergara (Miguel), and Alexandra "Alex" Almerico (Clay Anderson); adored grandchildren Santéa and Vella Vergara; her dear sister, Georgianna "Georgi" de la Torre (David), and nephew, Mateo de la Torre.

Toni was predeceased by her father, Charles Wilson Lagoria, mother, Margaret Claire Lagoria (Vella); and brother, Donald Wilson Lagoria.

A graduate of Santa Clara University, Toni received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1974. Her artwork has been exhibited in the San Francisco Bay Area and in galleries and private collections in Kirkland, Washington.

Loving, affectionate, and a deep admirer of art and nature, Toni lived her life with peerless style and beauty. She had a fierce sense of justice, a compassionate heart, and a gift for embracing others with kindness, always encouraging tolerance and understanding.

Most of all, Toni had endless love and pride in the family that she and John created. May we always remember her vibrant spirit, her legacy of love, and her unique ability to find art in all things, everywhere.
