WA - Everett, WA - It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of the matriarch of our family, the glue that held us all together, our beloved Nonna, Arden Sjunnesen.
Arden was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She always had time to lend an ear to family and friends, and to offer thoughtful encouragement and advice. She was an avid reader and a wonderful cook. Her love, devotion and strength will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Paul Sjunnesen; her children, Eric Sjunnesen (Gwen), and Karna Love; her grandchildren, Joshuah Love, Erica Knight (Chris), and Ingrid Sjunnesen; her sister, Diane Underwood (Doug); her sister-in-law, Sharon Adolphsen (Keith); her brother-in-law, Allan Schaefer; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and her great-grandchildren.
Arden is preceded in death by her beloved granddaughter, Camille Love.
Services will be held on July 11, 2025 at 1:00pm, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 18341 WA-525, Freeland, WA.
