Beth peacefully ascended to Heaven after many years of the long goodbye, a wonderous life of love, deep connections, and a focus on what truly matters. She was a tenacious gentle spirit that impacted all of us in such a loving presence and how she showed up with each of us. She was courageous and endlessly giving in her vibrant life with family and friends, relentless long-distance running, vibrant flair with colorful watches and tennis shoes, and a tireless compass for bravely navigating life's challenges and joys. Beth quietly was a bright light in this world, cheering on the best in us, while supportive at our side.
Faced with a brutal diagnosis, she continued to live a life full of love, courage, and bravery. Despite being slowly stripped of so many things, she remained true to who she was until the end. She demonstrated a level of tenacity and strength that is an example to us all in how to live and love.
May we carry her smiling and energetic inspiration forward with passion, continuing to make the world a brighter place.
Hug your loved ones tight. Be kind, have grace. Give love without expectation. Seize precious moments, don't give up. Find your life gifts. give them freely. Show up, especially when life's hard. Face your fears, do the hard stuff. It matters.
Beth is survived by her mother Carol, husband Dave of 40 years, daughter Heather and spouse James, son Morgan and spouse Maggie, three grandchildren; Piper, Conner, and Jupiter, and brother Doug and spouse Kathy.
