Washington - Carol Dee Billingsley

June 20, 1938 - June 20, 2022

Carol was born in Tumwater, WA to James and Hallie Donaldson, and lived in the greater Seattle area all her life. Carol passed on her 84th birthday with family by her side after a courageous 2-year battle with Alzheimers. Carol was a strong, hard-working and loving soul who raised 5 children single-handedly through poverty and adversity. Through all this she still managed to provide a fun, loving nurturing environment that allowed her children to thrive. She was the matriarch of our family and was our source of strength, guidance, light and love. She was our lighthouse; our True North. Her passing leaves an unfillable void in this close-knit family but she will, forever, be in our hearts and souls. No words can truly express how much she will be missed.

Carol is survived by her husband Wayne; dear friend of 65 years and loving spouse for 29 of them, children Jody Larsen, Randy Billingsley, Sherry (Rob) Campagna, Melissa (Greg) Holmes, 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and beloved family friend Khris Jensen, as well as many additional family members and close friends. Carol was preceded in passing by sons Kevin, Darren and Kenny.

Carol will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
