Heaven received a beautiful new angel as Carol Simmons peacefully passed at home surrounded by loved ones. She is survived by her husband Rich, 81, son Kevin, 48, daughter Janeen, 47 and kitty Missy (age unknown).

Carol grew up in the Chicago suburbs with her sister Barbara. She was a Pi Phi at the University of Illinois where she made long lasting friendships. She moved to Seattle, where she met Rich and the rest was history! In the late 80's she became the School Psychologist at Whitman Middle School on Crown Hill and cherished the relationships she built.

Carol's wishes were to have a small service with immediate family. She will be laid to rest at Crownhill Cemetery. Carol requested donations to Boy's Town, in lieu of gifts or flowers and they encourage all of her loved ones to say a little prayer for her comfort.
