Wenatchee, Washington - Catherine Frances Little, age 99 years, passed away peacefully May 26, 2021 at Highgate in Wenatchee, Washington. She was born in Philadelphia to Edmund and Mary (Riley) Hughes. She was predeceased by spouse Clinton B. Little. Catherine was living and working in New York during WWII when she met Clint. He was on leave from the Navy; they married 6 weeks later. Catherine took the train to Seattle to live with Clint's parents until his return. She enjoyed working at the Bon Marche and volunteering at Seattle Children's Hospital. She was predeceased by her sister Hannah Hughes, brother John J. Hughes and nephew John(Pat) Little. Catherine is survived by nieces Linda Hughes Kozlowski, Patricia (Trish)Hughes, nephew John J. Hughes, Jr. and great/great great- nieces and nephews.
