WA - Deborah passed away peacefully in Seattle, her home since 1968. She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended Wellesley College and earned an MA in Teaching at the UW. She was an editor, poet, and English instructor at North Seattle College. She is survived by her son Caleb Banta-Green and many loving family members.
