Edmonds, Washington - Derry went to be with her Lord, passing peacefully after choosing hospice over treatment, a merciful end to two years of painful fractures and recoveries. A Roosevelt High School graduate, she sampled various professions from Avon sales to Persian cat breeding while raising her family and then became a fulltime real estate agent until her retirement in 2003. Her world revolved around her children and grandchildren who often sought her counsel and encouragement. Survived by her husband of 42 years, Don; children, Kim (John), Eric, Andy (Melanie); grandchildren Kelsey (Ryan), Jaime (David) who are expecting their first child, Cameron (Jaylen), Ethan (Emily), sister, Sandy (Simone, Shawn, Cormac) and Laure Warren. Also survived by her blended family with Don, children Denise (Aaron), Holly (Rick) and grandchildren Hannah, Olivia, Seth, Chris, Heather and Caleb. Predeceased by her children's father, Dave Warren. At her request, there will be no service. Her ashes will be scattered at Lake Chelan where the family enjoyed many blissful days at the Warren cabin. She would wish any memorial contributions go to Pasado Safe Haven.
