Washington - Fred Terrill, 95, of Federal Way, WA, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2025. Born in Eugene, OR, he served in the U.S. Navy and earned an electrical engineering degree from Oregon State University. Fred spent his career with Pacific Northwest Bell, retiring as VP of Human Resources. A member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, he was also an active volunteer in his community.

Preceded in death by his wife, Edith, he is survived by children Deborah and Douglas; and four grandchildren.
