WA - Janet was born on December 16, 1934. She attended Holy Family grade school and graduated from Highline H.S. in 1953.
An educator and mentor at St. Francis School, she was a popular 7th-grade teacher and girls' volleyball coach. Coach Janet's teams won several All-City CYO volleyball championships.
In the mid-60s, Janet left teaching to work as an optician at Burien Optical until her retirement in 1999.
Janet's faith, family, and community centered her life. She will be missed by all who loved her.
