Jeanne Arylee Adams, age 94, of Kent, passed away of natural causes on December 19, 2024 in her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on August 31, 1930, to Burl and Mari Coucher of Enumclaw. She graduated from Enumclaw High School and married James Hall Adams, Jr. on December 27, 1948. They had four children. She was a lifetime member of the Retail Clerks Union and held many positions at various grocery stores around the greater Puget Sound area.
Jeanne is survived by her her children, Kathleen Westover of Bellingham, Peggy Dunn of Seattle, William Hall Adams of Kent and James Adams of Tacoma; also a brother and sister in law, Samuel & Janice Adams of Colorado; nephews Kevin Adams of Texas and Timothy Adams of Portland; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hall Adams, Jr. and grandson James Hall Adams, III.
An Open House remembrance will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm at the home she shared with her son, 26710 Carnaby Way, Kent, WA 98032.
