Joan Steik Obituary
The Seattle Mariners lost a big fan when Joan (LaMare Huntley) Steik crossed over the rainbow bridge to be with her daughter (Kim Huntley Ferkingstad). She was known for her love of Newfoundland dogs, having owned at least one (as many as 5 at one time) since 1986. She is survived by her spouse Neal Steik, son Kameron Huntley and granddaughters Anna & Sonja Ferkingstad. There will be no ceremony and in lieu of flowers, please consider donating to your favorite animal rescue group.
