Judith Muriel Fulmer Obituary

Judith Fulmer (nee Elliott) died peacefully on October 17, 2024, at age 80 and is survived by nieces & nephews. Her husband "Spec" of 50 years passed in July, 2018. She was born in Boise, ID, lived in the small town of Glenns Ferry east of Boise, and moved to Spokane, WA at age 10. She attended Shadle Park HS and University of Idaho, majoring in Music.

She moved to Seattle at age 21 with her first job at The Boeing Co. She then worked for CIGNA, Willis Corroon, The Bellevue Club Hotel, and Flow Intl. Corp. She loved art, music, crosswords, bridge, cooking, and photography with her husband.

While still in her 20's and working at Boeing, she applied for a job with the State Dept. to travel. The requirements at the time were that you had to be single and go overseas to a consulate for two years. She completed the qualifications and was hired, but decided to stay in Seattle and marry Spec.

There will not be a memorial service but rather a family gathering to remember her love of working, supporting her husband in his art and photography projects, and her great sense of humor.
