Washington - A mother to Brad and Kim, grandmother to Blake, Kyle, Cole and Abigail, sister to six and a loving wife to Richard Strain for 52 years. A resident of Washington state that she was proud to call home for her entire adult life. As a young couple Richard and Karr built a home themselves at the age of 26 in Maple Valley, where they both lived long and full lives. She hosted many gatherings their home with friends and family and created wonderful memories where all enjoyed her home-cooking. She loved gardening and produced some of the finest flower beds anywhere. Karr always rooted for the underdog and extended a hand to those in need. Her love and kindness will truly be missed and her memories cherished.
