Mrs. Linda Gayle Cluphf (Gayle) Obituary

WA - Linda Gayle Cluphf passed away peacefully at home in hospice care on July 26th. 2025, after a long battle with cancer. Gayle as she like to be called, was born to John and Helen Powers on the 21st. of August 1940 in Toppenish WA. and was raised on Beacon Hill south of Seattle with her sister Sharon and two brothers Gary and Gene. She attended Franklin High School, Green River College, and the University of Washington. Gayle earned an Associate Degree at Green River Community College, and gained employment with the Kent School District as a paraeducator; working 17 years with kindergarten and 1st. grade special needs children. Gayle is survived by her Stephen, her husband of 62 years, two sons, Jon and Jason, her brother Gene, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held September 7th, 1-3 pm at the River Rock Grill located at the Maple Valley Golf Course. (4050 Maple Valley Hi Way, Renton WA.)
