Marion Eugene Mackiewicz (Mack) Obituary
WA - Marion Eugene Mackiewicz ("Mack"), 89, of Tacoma, WA, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, at Tacoma General Hospital.
Born in East Chicago, Indiana, Mack served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Alaska, before being discharged from Fort Lewis and making the Pacific Northwest his home. He was a lifelong Tacoma Elks member and retired from Boeing after more than 35 years as a Manager of Matériel.
Mack is survived by his wife, Deanna; his children, John Joseph Mackiewicz and Mary Ellen Scholten; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary Jane Brohan.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, November 30, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at GenCare Lifestyle at Point Ruston, 4970 Main St, Tacoma, WA.
