Washington - Penny Louise Scott, 79 years old, of Lake Tapps, passed away peacefully on October 14th, 2025. Penny was born on September 16th, 1946, to Marilyn Potts and Raymond Engel, in Seattle, Washington.
Penny met and married the love of her life, Bob, in Seattle. They built their family home on Lake Tapps, where they lovingly raised their 3 children: Jeff, Jennifer, and Julie.
Penny, a lover of sunshine and water, found her happiest moments at the lake with family and friends.
Penny is survived by siblings Greg, Gary, Dale Engel, Stephanie Kernan, and Diane Loofburrow; and children Jeff Scott, Jennifer Czarnowkski, and Julie McBane; and 7 grandchildren: Jack, Hannah, Jace, Ella, Brody, Josephine, and Charlotte.
Penny was a devoted wife, mother, "nana," sister, and friend and will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 21st, at 4:00pm at Sand Point Country Club.
