Shoreline, Washington - Ralph Swenson passed away peacefully at home January 25, 2021. He was born in 1927 in Fort Worth, Texas, the second child of Frank and Lucy Swenson. In his rich, full life of 93 years, Ralph was known best for his kindness, his devotion to his beloved wife Marjorie and four children, his career as a highly respected oral surgeon, and his intellect and insatiable curiosity. His family will always remember him for his warm smile and the love he showed us.
Ralph is survived by sons John (Karen), Paul (Robin), and Alex (Mark); daughter Ann (Courtney) Stearns; sister Joanne; sister-in-law Terry; grandchildren Rody, JJ, Kelsey, Page, Carl, Kyle, and Kelley (Ryan) Hansen and great-grandchild River. He is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Marjorie, his parents Frank and Lucy, and brother Bob.
His funeral will be held Friday, Feb. 12, 11 am at St Luke Catholic Church in Shoreline (no reception due to coronavirus restrictions.) All are welcome. Immediately afterward, we will hold a processional to Holyrood Cemetery for his burial service (all are welcome.)
