Fircrest, Washington - Richard Everett Retter, 43, of Shoreline, WA passed into heaven on June 12, 2021, with his family surrounding him. He was born on November 24, 1977, to Ross and Susan Retter in Columbus, OH. At age 13 Richard moved into Frances Haddon Morgan Center (RHC) in Bremerton, WA and when it closed he moved to Fircrest State Rehabili-tation Center in Shoreline WA.
Richard is survived by his parents Ross and Susan Retter, his sister Erika and nephew Tristan and niece Arabella; brother Ross Jr, Sister-in-Law Lynette and niece Charlotte and nephew Ian.
A private memorial service was held. Interment will be at Tahoma National Cemetery later this year.
