Port Orchard, Washington - Robert L. (Bob) Nelson died peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. He began his own consulting business, Electrical Construction Consultants which later led to full time work with the Boeing company. Bob also served on the Des Moines City Council from 1976 to 1983. He is survived by his wife, Sue and their family. Bob will be remembered for his dry sense of humor and love of family. Funeral services will be private with his ashes laid to rest in Gig Harbor, WA and spread in the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming.
