Washington - Robert Clarence Watters did not go gentle into the good night. After being diagnosed with advanced cancer, he left on his own terms and on his own time schedule, just the way he lived his life. He died on the morning of October 21, 2021, twenty-two days after his beloved wife Phyllis. A memorial service is planned at First Lutheran Church, Bothell, Washington at 9:30 AM, December 6, 2021.
