WA - With love and sadness we announce the passing of Ronna Smith, a devoted mother, sister, volunteer and friend. Ronna was born on November 20, 1944 in Seattle, Washington. She passed away at 80 years old on October 11, 2025 in Olympia, Washington.

Starting her family in Snohomish and settling in Lacey in 1981, she was active in church, charitable organizations and the theater in addition to long careers in banking and management. Since the turn of the century, she charted many trips with her adult sons, enjoying sights in Europe and America.

She was a loving wife to husband Robert G. Smith, whom she married August 5th, 1965, until his death on December 14, 1996. She spent many peaceful days sailing with family on Puget Sound.

She is survived by sons Ron Smith of SeaTac and Randy Smith of Rochester, and her brother Chuck Kleingartner of Seattle.

A celebration of Ronna's life will be held at 1:00pm on Monday November 24th at the Lacey Community Center, 6729 Pacific Ave SE, Lacey, WA 98503.
