Roselie Anne Wendt

Roselie Reisch Wendt, daughter of Harold and Anne Reisch, born April 15, 1937, in Abbington Pennsylvania, peacefully passed away March 6, 2025, at 87.


Following her formative years is Germantown, PA, Roselie studied at Valparaiso University and graduated from Wagner College with a degree in Nursing. Prior to, and following raising her children, she led a fulfilling career as a nurse and case manager. Roselie was an advocate for women's rights and lifelong learning, she encouraged others to think critically, educate continuously, and to live life authentically. She had a love of photography, reading, adventures and immersing herself in other cultures.


Roselie was the mother to Christa McNeill (Scott), Kathy Baldwin (Bill), Ted Wendt (Vinnie), and Meredith Baringer (Rob). She cherished her grandchildren: Alex McNeill, Lauren McNeill, Kabrina Bergen, Kallie Baldwin, Brooke Baldwin, and great-granddaughter, Eisla Bergen.


Roselie will be remembered for her fierce, independent nature, being ahead of her time, and her ability to connect and impact those she met throughout her life. True to her spirit, her ashes will be spread in the impactful places that shaped her life, a fitting tribute to a woman who never stopped seeking, learning, and challenging the world around her.
